The freshly harvested leaves are withered to remove 65% of moisture. A delight to the discerning palate!
Second Flush leaves have a more distinguished, refined and well-rounded flavour with delectable notes of peach and plum and have a strong Muscatel punch with fruity undertones. Liquor reveals a deep coppery amber note.
